Dear Nervous,
To set up trusted friends in Facebook, navigate to Settings, and then click or tap Security and Login Settings. Next, scroll down to Choose 3 to 5 friends to contact if you get locked out and click or tap Edit. Finally, click or tap Choose friends and follow the on-screen instructions. If you ever get locked out of your account, simply click or tap Forgot account? on the login page. You will be taken through a series of screens, one of which will display Reveal My Trusted Contacts. Enter the name of one of your trusted contacts. You will be prompted to send them a link, and then prompted to call him/her so he/she can access this link to give you a special code to get back into your account.

Dear Itchy,
You can be alerted whenever you or someone else logs into to FB from any device. Login Alerts will drop you a notification whenever your Facebook account is accessed from a new device or browser. By navigating to Settings, and then selecting Security, you can choose to receive an email, notification or both upon one of any new login attempts.
